Lentil hummus


As far as I can remember, I have always loved legumes, even as a kid. Needless to explain how I feel about hummus then. I could eat that for every meal! But this month, I decided to finish all the stuff that's lying around in my pantry and use what I have to  make food thefore this simple and delicious lentil hummus recipe.

A capsule wardrobe guide for the lazy girl


Technically, I have two weeks left with my winter capsule but in reality, I think I'm gonna have to make it last at least another week or two. I mean, look at the weather. That leaves me with a bit more time to prepare my spring capsule. Neat!

Tucked it in


Today's outfit is a great example of a smart way to use the clothes in my closet. I wear both this white oversized sweater and faux leather skirt a lot, but never together until now because the sweater is quite long and I assumed it wouldn't work if I tucked it in the skirt. Guess who was wrong? I just added some patterned tights to add a fun touch to the ensemble and here we go with an outfit I've never worn before!

Shopping detox




At times, it can get really frustrating to have a capsule wardrobe and I still haven't fully figured out how to deal with it. I REALLY feel like shopping and the only thing stopping me is that I'd much rather spend my money on a new spring wardrobe than on winter clothes... even if they're on sale.

Frankly, I don't know where last week went. I was super busy with work but I'm finally back with a sunday outfit: black mom jeans, white cardigan over white sweater, TUK creepers, a hat I bought in Porto and my last purchase, my bag from The Lovely Things that makes a great alternative to the Gucci Dyonisus.

Pumpkin and white bean burger... yes it's vegan


Sometimes I like to be optimistic and lately I've been telling myself there was only a month and a half left until spring. Wooo! The thing is, I grew so many pumpkins last summer that I still have a lot left and since they're not exactly a spring food, I'm trying to finish all and want to find new ways of cooking them.
