Hi,

Hey there! I’m Alba, a French-born wanderer who’s called Belgium and Norway home and, I’m on a mission to prove that a mindful, intentional life isn’t just a dream—it’s totally achievable, even with a full-time career and a busy schedule.

By day, I’m a pharmacist working in the pharmaceutical industry, navigating the complex world of corporate life. But beyond my job, I’m passionate about creating a more sustainable, compassionate way of living that nourishes both body and soul.

My journey into blogging began over a decade ago, and while my previous blog got accidentally deleted, my enthusiasm and commitment have grown stronger. What started as a casual online journal has transformed into a heartfelt platform dedicated to sharing practical strategies for mindful living.

A few years ago, I made a significant shift towards veganism—a choice that’s not just about diet, but about a holistic approach to living with intention and care for our planet. Through my blog, I want to show that embracing a more conscious lifestyle doesn’t mean completely overhauling your life overnight. It’s about small, meaningful changes that add up.

My goal is simple: to inspire and support people just like you who are seeking balance, wellness, and purpose in a world that often feels overwhelming. Whether you’re a fellow professional, a busy parent, or someone just starting to explore mindful living, this space is for you.

Join me as we explore sustainable living, plant-based nutrition, conscious living, and practical tips for creating a life that feels both purposeful and joyful. Together, we’ll prove that a thoughtful, intentional life is within reach—one small step at a time.

Welcome to my corner of the internet. I’m so glad you’re here.
